Our room was spacious with a mountain view and even had a mini kitchen! The staff were great and quickly offered a room change when we had issues. The location was awesome, too, with a lot of nearby restaurants.

Room decor leaned heavily on MDF and plastic furniture, lacking any luxurious feel. The small balcony was only accessible from the bedroom and offered limited views. Humidity problems led to a slight mildew smell in the room. Although the breakfast came with an abundance of options, the chaotic layout forced guests to navigate awkwardly through the restaurant for various items. the bed was uncomfortable, sporting metal springs that detracted from sleep quality.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The breakfast is plentiful and delicious! We really relished both swimming pools, especially the rooftop one where you can truly swim and soak up the sun.
Feeling slightly out of place as a non-Russian guest dampened our experience a bit, yet we still enjoyed the fantastic facilities.

Decent stay, but needs cleaning!
So, we stayed for 5 nights in a room that needed serious cleaning. Found hair everywhere and the toilet had stains. Service was just alright too. The breakfast was so-so, but the outdoor dining area was pretty nice. It's somewhere to crash, but not a place I'd rave about!

Had a lovely time at this hotel, the pool was clean and I appreciated the strong wifi, had no issues reconnecting. Service at the front desk was friendly and they spoke decent English, sorting out our minor issues effectively.

Had an amazing time! The pools were huge and perfect for relaxing, and we loved soaking up the sun on the comfy loungers. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit more storage, but it didn't take away from our awesome experience! ☀️
